ERIC AYALA

pARAPROFESSIONAL

Eric has been a part of the P.S. 527 community since 2017, beginning his journey through the Corbin’s Crusaders after-school sports program. Through this role, he built strong relationships with students and their families while fostering teamwork, confidence, and engagement through sports.

As his involvement in the school community grew, Eric transitioned into the role of school aide, where he took on a variety of responsibilities, including supporting the main office and supervising recess for several years.

Eric later moved into a classroom-based role as a paraprofessional, where he supports students in achieving their learning goals with patience, care, and grace. He is currently continuing his education and working toward furthering his impact on students with hopes of becoming a future physical education teacher.
